David R. Wells is the Chief Financial Officer of Mount Tam Biotechnologies. Mr. Wells possesses 30 years experience in finance, operations and administrative positions. While mainly focused on technology companies, he has also worked in water treatment, supply-chain management, manufacturing and the professional services industry.  

 

BACKGROUND

 

David R. Wells is the founder of Wells Compliance Group, a technology-based services firm supporting the financial reporting needs of emerging growth and small-cap, publicly traded companies, and privately held firms whose lender, investor or shareholder base requires timely, periodic, GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Wells Compliance Group is based in Los Angeles and New York.  

 

Prior to establishing the Wells Compliance Group, Mr. Wells held several CFO positions with both public and privately held companies. Until March 1, 2013 he was President, CFO and Director of Sionix Corporation (OTC: SINX), a publicly traded water treatment company. He has held similar positions with Voyant International Corporation (OTC: VOYT), Reach Messaging, Inc. (OTC: RCHM), PowerHouse Technologies Group, Inc. (now Migo Software, Inc., OTC: MIGO), BroadStream, Inc., Hollywood Stock Exchange (HSX.com), and Cord Blood America, Inc. (OTC: CBAI).

David holds an MBA from Pepperdine University where he is currently a member of the Senior Fellows, a group that works closely with the Entrepreneurship program at Pepperdine.  He has been involved in several charitable organizations, including Goodwill Industries, The Leukemia Foundation (Team in Training) and the Associated Services for International Adoption (ASIA).
