Don Prestage is the Head of Investor Relations and a Partner at US Equity Holdings. Mr. Prestage has more than twenty years of experience in investor relations, human capital development, business strategy, sales and financial capital growth, including overseeing more than $100 million of private equity. Through US Equity Holdings, Mr. Prestage oversees all private equity investments for the organization’s initiatives.

 

Mr. Prestage is currently the Head of Investor Relations at Equity Solar, a NASA spin-off technology company co-founded by the US Department of Defense that has more than 60% of the industry under LOI. At his current capacity, Mr. Prestage, oversees more than $10 million of private equity investments.

 

BACKGROUND

 

Mr. Prestage began working as the Head of Investor Relations of Fluent Entertainment, a video game publishing company focused on strategy games such as Hoyle’s Majestic Chess and Disney’s Aladdin Chess. Fluent Entertainment was also the distributor for Pocket PC and Palm games including EA Sports Tigers Woods PGA Tour Golf, EA Sports FIFA Soccer 2002, SIM City 2000: The Ultimate City Simulator and Ultima Underground: The Stygian Abyss, which accounted for tens of millions of dollars in distribution deals from the likes of Vivendi Universal and other major entertainment companies. In this capacity, Mr. Prestage oversaw tens of millions of dollars of private equity investments.

 

Mr. Prestage continued as the Head of Investor Relations and President of PhotoTLC Canada. He managed the digital photograph sharing company, which secured accounts with Loblaw’s, Black’s Photo and Japan Camera, to name a few. Mr. Prestage was also involved with PhotoTLC (USA), which established accounts with Walgreens and CVS, to name a few. PhotoTLC also established funding from Steamboat Ventures, a venture capital firm created by Walt Disney International.  Mr. Prestage oversaw millions in private equity investments for PhotoTLC Canda.

 

Mr. Prestage later became the Head of Investor Relations for Red Mile Entertainment, a publicly traded video game publishing company that published Jackass The Game, Crusty Demons, Heroes of the Pacific, and licensed Frank Miller’s Sin City, which accounted for tens of millions of dollars in distribution deals. Mr. Prestage oversaw tens of millions of dollars of private equity across North America.

 

Mr. Prestage began his professional career in construction and real estate, working in all aspects of both industries. He currently resides in Calgary, Canada, where he currently resides with his wife and four children in Canada.
