Mr. Ken Itrato has over a decade of corporate and transactional legal experience having represented entrepreneurs, executives, privately held companies and publicly-traded companies across a wide range of industries. 

Mr. Itrato practiced as a Junior Partner and Counsel with WilmerHale LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Itrato was an associate with Foley Hoag LLP. He has counseled his clients in transactions having an aggregate value well over a billion dollars. In addition, he has advised clients in transactions involving:

• Hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital and private equity transactions

• Over a billion dollars worth of mergers and acquisitions

• Mission-critical licensing and partnering transactions involving the core assets of the company

• Hundreds of agreements relating to the day-to-day operations of numerous clients

Mr. Itrato's educational background includes Georgetown University Law Center, JD, Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif. Mr Itrato also graduated from Cornell University and Phillips Exeter Academy.
